Job Description:
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of customer requests
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our services, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
