About the Company Our client is an established civil and road construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the Mildura region. They're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their site team on a long-term project, with a roster built around the people on site.
The Role You'll take charge of day-to-day civil and road construction delivery, running crews and managing works from start to finish. You'll schedule daily works to meet production targets, keep the site running smoothly and make sure the job stays on budget and on spec.

The Role You'll take charge of day-to-day civil and road construction delivery, running crews and managing works from start to finish. You'll schedule daily works to meet production targets, keep the site running smoothly and make sure the job stays on budget and on spec.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule crews to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Manage civil and road construction works from start to finish
- Monitor budgets and costs throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements
- Coordinate plant, materials and subcontractors to keep the site moving
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients
- Run pre-starts, toolbox talks and site safety processes
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on civil and road construction projects
- Experience running crews on projects in the $4M–$20M range
- Major roads or state road authority project experience is highly regarded
- A solid understanding of budgets, programming and contractual compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Relevant tickets and licences for site-based civil supervision
- Willingness to work a FIFO roster
- FIFO roster of 10 days on / 4 days off (flexible to suit the right person)
- Accommodation provided on site (digs paid for)
