Apply direct- Client-facing admin in a mental health / drug & alcohol setting
- Meeting & greeting clients, including D&A and mental health presentations
- High-volume phone work with challenging clients
- Data entry and general administrative support
- Mastercare experience desirable (not essential)
Requirements:
- Recency of practice in healthcare admin — hospital, GP, outpatient, community health
- Experience working face-to-face and via phone with mental health / D&A clients
- Comfortable managing demanding, distressed, or verbally abusive clients
- Strong de-escalation skills and emotional resilience
- Confident with basic MS Excel (filtering, simple data input)
- Able to work independently across a small Mon–Wed roster
