- Melbourne Office - Hybrid Role | 2 Days Office / 3 Days WFH
- $45–$50 per hour + Super | 2 month role

We’re partnering with a respected not-for-profit to find a capable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a busy People & Culture team during a key period of change.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can hit the ground running, and is confident supporting employees across all levels of an organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting change initiatives through position description updates, inbox management, and employee correspondence
- Assisting with recruitment administration, including job ads, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and system updates
- Maintaining accurate HR records, filing systems, and documentation
- Managing transactional HR inbox enquiries and responding to routine policy/process questions
- Providing general People & Culture administrative support, including reporting, coordination, and data entry tasks
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or People & Culture support
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Confidence handling routine HR queries using established processes and policies
- Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- HRIS experience is essential; exposure to Employment Hero is highly regarded
- A positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
- Available to commence ASAP
