Position Title: BCBA – School-Based (Part-Time)
Position Type: Contract / Part-Time
Hours: ~50 hours per month
Setting: School-Based
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services, primarily focused on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and supporting behavior programming. This role requires approximately 50 hours per month and includes both direct supervision and indirect support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing supervision of RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
- Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Review and analyze student data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings as requested
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Additional Details:
- Flexible scheduling within school hours
- Combination of on-site and indirect hours may be available
- Student population includes individuals with autism and other behavioral needs
