Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year + Bonus

Are you an experienced retail leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Manager to lead sales performance, develop associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience in a large-format technology retail environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience managing sales, merchandising, operations, inventory, and teams within a major big-box retail setting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a high-performing retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure associates effectively engage customers and recommend the right technology solutions.
• Drive performance in customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, payroll, and expense management.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop supervisors and sales associates.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure alignment across sales, operations, service, and merchandising.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge when senior store leadership is unavailable.
• Oversee visual merchandising, promotional execution, advertising sets, and store presentation standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to improve sales results and customer satisfaction.
• Review sales reports and P&L performance with store leadership and implement improvement plans.
• Manage freight flow, merchandise processing, inventory control, cycle counts, and company assets.
• Maintain operational efficiency and safety standards throughout the store.
• Partner with Human Resources and store leadership to address employee relations and staffing matters.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience with a major big-box retailer.
• Experience working in a high-volume, 30,000+ square-foot retail environment.
• Consumer electronics or commissioned sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience driving sales, managing teams, merchandising, operations, freight flow, inventory, and customer service.
• Strong background in hiring, training, coaching, developing, and retaining employees.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and business performance and take action to improve results.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or business needs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the sales floor for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
