About the Role
AWX are currently recruiting for experienced Civil/Construction Labourers, Forklift Operators, Warehouse Storepersons, and Warehouse Supervisors for ongoing roles across civil projects and warehouse operations on the Northern Gold Coast.
We are seeking reliable and hardworking candidates who hold a current Forklift Licence and/or Dogman Ticket and/or Hoist Operator Ticket, with proven experience in civil or warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities
• General civil and construction labouring duties
• Site preparation, clean-up, and manual handling
• Assisting with lifting operations (Dogman duties where applicable)
• Operating forklifts for loading/unloading and material handling
• Warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock control
• Supervising warehouse operations and team members (where applicable)
• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in civil construction and/or warehouse environments
• Current White Card (physical copy required)
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Dogman Ticket and/or Hoist Operator Ticket (highly desirable)
• Previous experience in forklift, storeperson, hoist, or dogman roles
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Strong work ethic and reliability
