Job Type: Full time (probation for first 6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies focused on financial growth and
client satisfaction, aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities,
emerging trends, and potential client needs within the Japanese B2B IT sector.
• Lead Generation & Market Expansion – Develop lead generation strategies for the
japan market, leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to engage decision-makers.
• Digital & Content Marketing – Execute SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid
ad campaigns (Yahoo Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Create whitepapers, case
studies, blogs, and thought leadership content to enhance brand engagement.
• Marketing Strategy & Analytics – Use data-driven insights to refine strategies,
analyze competitor trends and customer behavior, and track KPIs for performance
optimization.
• Networking & Events – Plan our representation at conferences, webinars, and
networking events to expand market presence. Organize and execute B2B events and
panel discussions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients,
understanding their needs and offering tailored IT consulting solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal
development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions
using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or a
similar role within the IT consulting or technology sector
• Proven success in lead generation & marketing within the Japan IT
Services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing and outbound lead
generation (SDR activities), with a strong sales track record
• Strong analytical skills, ROI optimization, and data-driven decision-
making.
• Deep understanding of the Japanese business culture and B2B sales
landscape
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Automotive Industry Experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Marketing/ Sales Automation tools and CRM (Hubspot)
is a plus
