Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Claims Associate – Consumer to support a high-volume claims processing environment. This is a 100% remote position requiring previous Property & Casualty claims experience, an active Property & Casualty license, and bilingual communication skills.
Candidates must be fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
The assignment will be continuously evaluated based on business needs and individual performance.

Training Schedule

Schedule After Training
Following training:

Standard hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

Some flexibility with start and end times may be available depending on performance.

Associates will work an 8.5-hour total shift, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Standard workday consists of 8 paid hours.

Monday – Friday, 40-hour workweek.

Overtime may be available based on business needs.
Key Qualifications
-
Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced claims processing environment.

Active Property & Casualty license.
-
Must be fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

Strong claims review, processing, and documentation skills.
-
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability to navigate and work within multiple systems simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

Ability to meet established productivity and performance expectations.
Remote Work & Internet Requirements
Candidates must have a dedicated home working environment that meets the following requirements:

High-speed broadband internet service.

Minimum 25 MB/sec download speed.

Minimum 8 MB/sec upload speed.

Computer must be able to connect directly to the home router.

Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for this assignment, regardless of internet speed.

Candidates must be able to maintain a reliable wired internet connection throughout the workday.
