Description: Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and service goals.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to team success.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
