Key Responsibilities
- Hand solder electrical assemblies and connectors.
- Perform hand crimping of various contact styles.
- Read and follow assembly prints, schematics, and procedures.
- Perform detailed precision work while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of related hands-on experience.
- Connector soldering experience.
- Coax connector and Ethernet assembly/termination experience preferred.
- J-STD-001 certification preferred; company can certify onsite.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 experience/certification preferred.
