Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour BOE + Monthly Recruiter Bonus
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, people‑focused Recruiter to support high‑volume staffing operations in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial environments. In this role, you will source talent, qualify candidates, support client hiring needs, and help individuals take meaningful steps in their careers. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruiter, your core responsibilities will include:
- Source, connect with, and engage candidates for temporary and temp‑to‑hire roles across industrial and manufacturing clients
- Conduct interviews to understand each candidate’s experience, goals, and strengths to ensure high‑quality job matches
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate placements from initial submission through start date
- Manage order fulfillment by staying organized, moving quickly, and ensuring roles are filled on time
- Lead weekly client status calls to maintain communication, ensure quality standards, and support ongoing hiring needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, candidate records, and recruiting activity within internal systems
- Support onsite recruiting responsibilities when assigned, including client communication and workforce coordination
- Uphold Workbox’s DO‑GOOD mission by delivering excellent service to candidates, clients, and teammates
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and OSHA‑10 preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
