Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS / WFM implementations, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality targets are met
  • Manage global and multi-country rollouts, balancing standardisation with local requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators across multiple workstreams
  • Engage senior stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery approach
  • Oversee key streams including data migration, integrations, and reporting (HRIS, payroll, ERP)
  • Manage RAID, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes through strong governance
  • Maintain project plans, reporting, and financial/resource tracking
  • Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and delivery accountability across teams
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ Project / Programme Management experience in complex transformation programmes
  • Proven delivery of large-scale HRIS / Workforce Management implementations
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Kronos, Workday WFM or similar (essential)
  • Experience delivering multi-country/global programmes
  • Strong background in retail, hospitality, or logistics environments
  • Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, ERP integrations, and data migration
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong RAID, financial, and resource management capability
