Your New Role:

As Store Manager of the Eastland store, you will take the lead across everything that keeps the business performing, from the team and customer experience through to stock, wages and store results.

This is a busy environment with a lot happening at once, so you will need to be someone who can keep the energy high while still bringing structure, accountability and clear direction to the team.

You will be trusted to make decisions, back your people and create a store that customers want to return to and team members are proud to be part of.

What You Will Get Up To:

• Lead a large team through busy trade, launches and promotional periods, keeping everyone focused and the store moving
• Drive sales, store budgets and KPIs while making sure the customer experience never feels like an afterthought
• Coach, train and develop your team, giving them the feedback and support they need to perform well and take their next step
• Build a strong team through thoughtful recruitment, clear expectations and a culture where people feel supported and accountable
• Take ownership of the day to day store operations, including wages, stock, presentation and keeping standards consistently high
• Use results and reporting to understand what is working, where the opportunities are and what needs to happen next

The Experience Checklist:

• Previous experience within fashion or apparel store management; leading a sizeable team and knows how to keep a busy store performing
• Commercially switched on across sales, budgets, wages, shrink and the KPIs that matter
• You are people focused and can build capability, develop future leaders and create real progression within the team
• Experienced across high volume stock, inventory and the operational detail that sits behind a well run store
• Thrive bringing energy to the floor while still keeping the team focused, accountable and moving forward
