JV Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Carpenters for multiple projects across South Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. We have a range of roles available including residential, commercial and internal modular work, with immediate starts available and flexible start dates for the right candidates.

Our client is a well-established Australian construction company delivering high-quality projects across the country and experiencing strong growth. Due to a busy pipeline of work, they are looking for skilled carpenters ready to step straight onto site.
With consistent work, strong overtime opportunities, and a range of different projects, this is a great opportunity for carpenters looking to secure ongoing work in South Brisbane.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and drawings
  • Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from timber and other materials
  • Framing walls, floors, and roofs
  • Internal fix-out and modular construction work
  • Installing doors, windows, cabinetry, and other fittings
  • Working collaboratively with a team of skilled tradespeople
  • Ensuring all work meets Australian safety and building standards
WHAT YOU’LL GET
  • $50 – $60 per hour + Super
  • $21.94 Daily Travel Allowance
  • Meal allowance (over 9.5 hours)
  • Plenty of overtime available – penalty rates paid

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Cert III in Carpentry
  • Current White Card
  • Own tools (tested and tagged)
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on carpentry experience
  • Own transport highly desirable
