A Financial Asset management firm is seeking a bilingual Infrastructure Lead / Engineer to drive the design, standardization, & continuous improvement of infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud, security, & database platforms.
Operating within a global infrastructure environment spanning both domestic & international locations, with Tokyo as the primary hub, the role will collaborate with internal stakeholders & external vendors to deliver stable, secure, & efficient IT services.

Responsibilities:
- Design, standardize, and improve global infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud)
- Oversee & coordinate multiple technical areas such as servers, networks, cloud, security, and DBA
- Collaboration, coordination, and progress management with internal teams and external vendors
- Development and technical review of infrastructure architecture
- Development and promotion of vulnerability management, security measures, and IT standards
- Infrastructure control and support through collaboration with global locations
- Critical incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) in the event of a failure

Required Skills:
- Over 5 years practical experience in the infrastructure domain
- Experience designing or leading projects across multiple technical domains
- Experience designing and operating cloud and on-premises environments
- Extensive knowledge of all infrastructure (Server/Network/Cloud, etc.)
- Technical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Documentation, standardization, and knowledge sharing skills

Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Mon-Fri
Working Style: Hybrid (Mostly remote with in-office as necessary)
