Job Description: As part of our team, your role will be dynamic, hands-on, and crucial to keeping operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:Forklift Operation: Safely move materials and products throughout the facility—ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.Machine Operation: Run and monitor essential recycling equipment like shredders, balers, and conveyors to keep things moving.Load/Unload Machines: Manage the flow of materials by loading raw materials into machines and unloading processed recyclables.Performance Monitoring: Inspect equipment regularly, make necessary adjustments, and report any issues to the maintenance team for quick resolution.Material Sorting: Assist with sorting recyclables before and after processing to ensure high-quality output.Safety First: Always adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE—your well-being is a top priority!Routine Inspections: Perform basic checks and maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, to keep everything in top working order.Material Handling: Transport and store recyclables correctly, helping to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations every shift.Environmental Impact: Follow recycling procedures to maintain standards, reduce contamination, and help make a positive impact on the environment.
