Accounts Receivable Clerk; this is the job description:
- Send out Customer billings, Record Customer Collections Issue Credit Memos
- Maintain A/R Collections Report and Call/Email Customers for Payments
- Verify Billing Accuracy to Customer Contracts
- Verify customer Billings to Contracts and send out billings
- Call customers to Collect Outstanding and open invoices
- Maintain A/R Collections report and keep past dues below 30 days
- Investigate customers discrepancies and present overdue invoices to management for final resolution
- Ensure that Billing in WMS is exported to Quickbooks and that they reconcile out
- Prepare and post customer credit memos upon management approval
- Maintain customer relationships and customer accounts
- Post cash receipts to Quickbooks and investigate differences
- Monthly Reconciliation of Recurring Storage Billings
- Export Customer Billings From Magaya daily and reconcile them to QB
