- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting tools, including social media platforms and databases.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
