Datacenter Technician (Break-Fix)

We are looking for a Datacenter Technician with server break-fix experience to join on a full-time basis.

Shift timing: 3pm-1am or 12pm-10pm (Shifts are either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday)

Pay: $28-31.25/hr
If on the 3p-1am shift, there is an additional 10% shift differential

Qualifications

• Ideally someone who worked on HPE, DELL, Oracle (SUN), or Lenovo Servers
• Problem solving and self-management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• 5+ years' experience servicing hardware as specified or utilized in customer environment
• Familiarity with ticket-tracking software (ServiceNow is best)
• Need A "Valid” Driver License, Valid Passport, or Birth Certificate
• Need to clear Background & Drug Screen checks before starting

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots hardware/server issues with focus on responsiveness; provides issue resolution
• Maintains inventory and documentation of activity
• Creates service tickets, updates, and closes
• Communicates before and after repair work windows via ticket and email to client
• Does not need to escalate more complex hardware technical issues
