Event & Exhibition Team Leader/Supervisor

Looking for flexible work in the events industry or ready to take the next step in your career?

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader/Supervisors to join our team working across some of Melbourne's largest events, exhibitions, conventions and trade shows.

Based at major venues throughout Melbourne, you will be involved in the setup and pack down of exhibitions, conferences, sporting events and live events.

Duties May Include

  • Lead and supervise event labour crews during bump-in and bump-out
  • Coordinate staff and allocate tasks throughout each shift
  • Read and interpret exhibition floor plans
  • Direct the placement of exhibitor freight, stands, and products
  • Liaise with exhibitors, clients, venue staff, and forklift operators
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Monitor quality and assist with hands-on labour when required
  • Maintain a positive and professional team environment
  • Operating forklifts (where licensed)

What We're Looking For

  • Previous events, exhibitions, warehouse, construction or labouring experience highly regarded
  • Forklift Licence (for forklift positions)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to perform physical work
  • Availability for day, afternoon and occasional weekend shifts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
