⭐ Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator
Location: West Northampton
Type: Temporary → Potential Permanent

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of the finance function, including:
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Reconciliations
  • Month‑end processes
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Matching, batching & coding invoices
  • Working with Excel
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • General office admin
🌟 What we’re looking for
Experience in any of the following will be beneficial:
  • Data entry or Purchase Ledger experience
  • Actively studying AAT / AAT qualified (not essential)
  • Accountancy & Finance graduate (not essential)
  • Able to start within a reasonable timeframe
