A family-owned Refrigeration and HVAC contractor based in Dublin is expanding its technical field service team and is now seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join the business.Positions are available across both the Service & Maintenance and Installation & Projects departments, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a varied role with a well-established contractor.

The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of field-based activities, including the installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair of commercial refrigeration systems at client sites.

You will work on projects and service contracts for respected national and international clients across sectors including supermarkets, retail, hospitality, education, medical and commercial offices.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified and experienced Refrigeration Technician

• Strong commercial refrigeration background

• Excellent technical and fault-finding ability

• A practical, first-fix approach to problem solving

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Electrical and mechanical competence

• Experience with controls, BMS and electronic systems is advantageous

• Ability to mentor and support less experienced technicians

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ / FETAC in Refrigeration or an equivalent qualification

• F-Gas 2078/2079 Certification

• Safe Pass

• Manual Handling

• Full, valid driving licence

• Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration systems
