About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including production, skilled trades, engineering, professional, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced in recruiting within industrial or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple job functions
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Extend offers and support candidate negotiations when appropriate
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

Sourcing & Workforce Partnerships

• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships
• Develop relationships with trade schools, technical programs, and workforce organizations
• Create sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions
• Proactively identify talent to support future workforce needs

Hiring Manager Support

• Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities
• Provide guidance on interviewing best practices and candidate selection
• Participate in workforce planning discussions and hiring strategy development
• Support onboarding and new hire transition activities

Recruiting Operations

• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements
• Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws and company policies
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and sourcing effectiveness

Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
• Experience recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, engineering, professional, and leadership positions
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Skills

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing workforce challenges and labor market trends

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with occasional time spent in a manufacturing facility. Exposure to production-related environments may occur, and appropriate PPE may be required when visiting operational areas.
