Customer Service Administrator

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy logistics operation based in Banbury, OX16.

TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is looking for a role with long term potential.

You will be working closely with customers, transport teams, couriers and other departments across the site, helping to make sure the day to day operation runs smoothly.

Working Hours and pay :

Monday to Friday
· 08:00 to 16:00

Pay Rate

· £13.44 per hour

What Will You Be Doing?

· Providing customer service support to clients on site
· Communicating with customers, retailers, transport teams and couriers
· Dealing with late or undelivered outbound loads
· Investigating stock and order queries
· Completing reports and updating spreadsheets
· Sourcing and providing PODs when required
· Communicating with different departments across the site
· Providing general administrative support
· Working with internal systems and WMS
· Helping to ensure customer requirements and service levels are met

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

You will ideally have:

· Previous customer service or administration experience
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Good attention to detail
· Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
· Confidence working in a busy and demanding environment
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A flexible and positive approach to work
· Previous WMS experience would be an advantage
