Warehouse Coordinator

Our client is a production-focused business based in Kyneton. They are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of raw materials handling and support the flow of materials across Production, Compliance and Research.

This is a hands-on role in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy and system discipline are critical. It will suit someone from a manufacturing or production warehouse background who is comfortable working across teams and managing competing priorities.

This is not a high-volume distribution centre role.

Duties include:

• Pick and deliver raw materials across multiple internal departments
• Act as the central point for all material requests across the business
• Manage and prioritise competing requests daily
• Maintain accurate inventory and transactions using NetSuite
• Support batching and handling of raw materials
• Work closely with Production, Compliance and Research teams
• Follow SOPs and established warehouse processes

Ideally you will have:

• Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience in a production or manufacturing warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and high level of system accuracy
• Experience using inventory systems (NetSuite advantageous)
• Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage competing demands
• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders

• Based in Kyneton – on-site 5 days per week (no remote flexibility)
• Preference for candidates located in or near Kyneton / Macedon Ranges
• Candidates commuting long distances from Melbourne have historically not been successful in this role
• This is not suited to high-volume pick/pack or distribution centre backgrounds
• Role requires constant prioritisation and working across multiple teams

Additional information:

• Temp to perm opportunity

• Salary guide approx. $70k + super (perm equivalent)
