FPT has signed a comprehensive strategic partnership with global technology leader NVIDIA, accelerating the global rollout of advanced GPU cloud services and AI solutions, including the AI Factory project. In Japan, demand for business transformation using AI and cloud technologies is rapidly expanding. To strengthen business expansion and customer base in this growing market, we are hiring for a new sales position. Role & Expectations This position will: • Lead new customer acquisition for GPU cloud and AI-related services • Identify prospects, conduct outreach, drive negotiations, and close deals • Develop sales strategies based on market needs • Propose business expansion strategies through market & competitor analysis • Understand customer challenges and propose optimal GPU cloud solutions • Collaborate with internal departments to reflect customer needs in services/products This is a new business launch phase, requiring proactive action and strong ownership. The successful candidate is expected to become a core member driving growth in the rapidly expanding AI market. Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT or cloud market Preferred Qualifications • Business-level English • Basic knowledge of AI, cloud, SaaS, or GPU technologies • New business development (including outbound sales) experience • Experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises • Proposal-based / consultative sales experience Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: • Takes initiative and acts independently • Embraces challenges and delivers results with strong accountability • Has passion to expand GPU cloud and AI services in the market • Can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a joint venture environment • Has strong interest in AI and cloud technologies • Strives to consistently exceed customer expectations
