Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics Australia, is seeking an engaging and highly organised Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training across its Customer Service, Contact Centre, Service and Store networks.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building capability, improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences through best-in-class training. You’ll work with diverse internal and external stakeholders to identify capability gaps, develop tailored learning solutions and deliver training nationally, both virtually and face-to-face.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of planning, organising and delivering training across Customer Service, Contact Centre, Service and Store networks
- Partner with Team Leaders, Service Managers and Operations Managers to identify capability gaps, assess training needs and develop targeted training plans
- Develop engaging training content and materials that build skills, strengthen product and system knowledge, and enhance the customer experience
- Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training nationally, with occasional international travel and out-of-hours events as required
- Analyse training data, feedback and outcomes to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities and continuously improve learning programs
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training requirements are understood, planned and delivered effectively
- Support product launches, new services, VIP visits, store openings and other key events where training and capability support is required.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in training, facilitation, Learning & Development or a similar capability-focused environment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of all sizes and backgrounds
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex systems, processes and information into engaging learning experiences
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word, with strong multimedia and digital content capabilities
- A confident, creative and self-motivated communicator who builds strong relationships and can influence stakeholders at all levels
- Customer Experience and/or Contact Centre experience is highly desirable
- Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with occasional international travel as required.
