Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting accounting and administrative operations.
In this dynamic position, you'll:
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and managing the main phone line with professionalism.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and office communications.
- Manage Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing check and ACH payments.
- Support Accounts Receivable by following up on customer payments and past-due accounts.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate meetings and company events, and help create a well-organized workplace.
- Assist with shipping, invoicing, and other day-to-day administrative functions.
- Support accounting projects, Human Resources, and Customer Service as business needs require.
- Utilize Microsoft Office to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and other administrative projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
- 3+ years of general office administration experience required.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask.
