Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent, registered with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential aged care
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and quality frameworks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical skills
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
