An established boutique brokerage is seeking a Tier 1 qualified Senior Account Executive to join their team, managing a predominantly construction-focused portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced broker looking for a flexible role that can be shaped around their strengths, within a well-supported and growing business.
The Role
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients, with a strong focus on construction risks
- Handle end-to-end responsibilities across renewals, placements, and client management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Contribute to new business, supported by an existing pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams across claims and processing

- Portfolio management & client servicing

About You
- Tier 1 qualified (essential)
- Proven experience managing commercial clients
- Strong technical knowledge across general insurance (construction experience highly regarded)

- Commercially aware and adaptable
