A Virginia-based financial services organization is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst in Vienna. This role supports enterprise HR technology reporting by building dashboards, integrating data across platforms, and delivering actionable insights for operational and executive stakeholders.

About the Opportunity:
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
  • Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite each week)
Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and integrate data across enterprise HR and service platforms
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track operational performance and service metrics
  • Create executive-level reporting and actionable insights for leadership and operational teams
  • Build reporting solutions to measure throughput, incidents, requests, SLAs, and resolution metrics
  • Use AI-driven tools and automation techniques to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and identify trends
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience integrating and aggregating data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights for technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Skills:
  • Experience supporting HR technology organizations or enterprise application environments
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools used for reporting automation and predictive analytics
  • Experience creating executive dashboards and leadership reporting packages
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, delivery metrics, and software development reporting
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities through data analysis
