Site Manager

About the Roles

Working across multi-storey residential projects, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction programs by leading site teams, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety remains a top priority throughout the project lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and trades
• Drive project delivery in line with programme, budget and quality targets
• Maintain strong safety, environmental and compliance standards
• Coordinate daily and weekly site activities
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues proactively
• Conduct site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance processes and defect management are maintained
• Support successful project completion through strong planning and leadership skills

About You To be considered, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or similar construction leadership role
• Strong background in multi-storey residential construction
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and trade coordination
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction documentation and programmes
• Relevant construction qualifications, trade background or equivalent industry experience
• Current eligibility to work in Australia and ability to commence employment without sponsorship assistance
