Structures & Finishing Foreman - High Rise Residential

Are you an experienced Structures or Finishing Foreman looking to work on some of Brisbane's most exciting high-rise residential developments?

I'm currently partnering with several of Queensland's leading developer-builders and commercial construction companies who have multiple opportunities available across landmark apartment and mixed-use projects.

Whether your expertise lies in concrete structures, formwork and post-tensioning, or you're a finishes specialist with a keen eye for quality and programme delivery, there are outstanding opportunities available with businesses known for delivering some of Brisbane's most recognisable projects.

You'll play a key leadership role onsite, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining the highest safety standards and ensuring quality delivery throughout either the structural or finishing stages of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to programme.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and labour while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Drive site safety, conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues and implement practical solutions.
• Complete quality inspections and ensure works meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to achieve programme milestones and successful project delivery.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Structures or Finishes Foreman on commercial or high-rise residential projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and programme.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• The ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.
