Christchurch | Global Manufacturing Group
Our client designs and delivers automated systems for the food processing and logistics industries, engineering solutions that improve efficiency, yield, and worker safety for food processors around the world. With roots in Christchurch stretching back over 100 years, the business has grown from a regional engineering company into a global player, now part of a larger international food processing solutions group with a presence across five continents.
It's an exciting (and busy) time to join. The business is mid-transition following a major acquisition and merger, standardising systems, platforms and processes across multiple business units. There is plenty of variety, exposure to different environments, and real opportunity to make an impact across the organisation.
The Role
We're looking for a Systems Support Administrator to join the Christchurch based IT team, reporting to the IT Operations Manager. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role at the coalface of our IT environment. You'll be the go to person for day to day system support, user access, and troubleshooting across the business.
You'll work alongside our external IT partners and offshore support providers, picking up the issues that need a sharper level of troubleshooting, while helping bring consistency and structure to our systems as we continue to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- 3 month fixed term contract
- $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Join an established NZ success story, now scaling as part of a global group
