Reporting closely to the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of safety across site, driving compliance with all protocols and playing an active role in the project's risk management framework. DUTIES.
- Manage on site safety and ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
- Support the development and rollout of safety management plans
- Carry out regular inspections, audits and toolbox talks
- Prepare risk assessments and incident reports
- Offer guidance and feedback to lift safety performance
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within civil construction
- Strong communication and reporting capability
- Exposure to Transport NSW or Sydney Water projects will be highly regarded
