history. With over $5 billion in active capital projects — from Toronto's $34B capital
plan to Vancouver's billion-dollar tunnel programs and dozens of WTP/WWTP
upgrades coast to coast, there is a lot of opportunity for Project Managers and
Engineers country wide.
Who we’re working with
W3 North America is connecting PMs with the projects that are reshaping Canada's
water and wastewater infrastructure. We're recruiting across construction project
management, design project management, program management, and delivery
management roles with leading contractors, consultancies and technology providers.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of project management experience in water, wastewater, or civil infrastructure
- Background in construction delivery, design management, or capital program oversight
- Comfortable managing multimillion-dollar budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships
- PMP, P.Eng, or equivalent credentials preferred — but project delivery track record matters most
