As demand continues to grow, they are expanding their Business Development team to support strategic partnerships across the healthcare landscape.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact Business Development Representative role focused on generating new opportunities within behavioral health facilities, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and healthcare organizations across the United States. You'll work directly with the Business Development team to identify prospective partners, build relationships with key decision-makers, uncover opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop a long-term career in healthcare sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resilient, curious, and motivated by creating opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify prospective behavioral health and healthcare organizations
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build targeted prospect lists and maintain CRM accuracy
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover organizational needs and pain points
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for Partnership Consultants
- Maintain detailed activity tracking and pipeline management
- Collaborate with leadership to execute territory and account-based sales strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity and meeting goals
What Success Looks Like
Successful candidates will:
- Consistently generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Schedule and complete at least 10 qualified meetings per month
- Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of target accounts
- Demonstrate strong CRM discipline and activity management
- Become a trusted first point of contact for prospective partners

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $70,000
This role offers performance-based bonuses tied directly to meeting generation and sales development success. Top performers will have opportunities for advancement into closing and partnership-focused sales roles.

Ideal Background
We're seeking a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, and building relationships with executive decision-makers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of Business Development, SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting prospecting activities
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience selling into healthcare, education, or professional services environments
- Interest in behavioral health, healthcare, or education industries
