Audit/Compliance Analyst I (Junior)

A financial services firm in Florida is actively seeking a new Audit/Compliance Analyst I (Junior) to join their team in Miami. This onsite position is well-suited for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in financial services compliance.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance investigations, cause analyses, and related documentation efforts
• Review compliance evidence for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with the development and documentation of internal controls, processes, and procedures
• Identify compliance gaps through internal spot checks and self-assessments
• Help prepare responses to legal and regulatory inquiries and present findings to management

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or compliance-related role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to management

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Analytical experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related industry
• Familiarity with a Bloomberg terminal
