The Role

You’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality tax and business services to SME clients, while also contributing to how we improve as a firm.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing tax returns, BAS & IAS for SME clients

• Supporting tax planning and year-end processes

• Building relationships with clients (not just ticking boxes)

• Managing your own workflow, deadlines, and quality

• Contributing ideas to improve systems, processes, and client experience

Depending on your level, you’ll also step further into advisory and client-facing work.

You:

You’ll likely bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in Australian public practice

• Strong tax compliance experience (returns, BAS, IAS)

• CA/CPA (or working towards it)

• Experience with Xero, XPM or similar tools

• Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset

• Confidence communicating with clients
