Chief Financial Officer

CFO | Technology & Services Environment | Dublin

I am delighted to be partnering with a growing Irish-headquartered technology and services business as they appoint a CFO to support the next phase of their growth journey.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with leadership teams and influencing strategic decision-making, while remaining connected to the day-to-day commercial drivers of the business.

The organisation operates within a technology and professional services environment, making experience of contractor pricing, day rates, utilisation, project profitability and service margins highly relevant.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the commercial finance agenda across the business

• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams on pricing, profitability and commercial performance

• Drive FP&A, forecasting and performance reporting

• Support growth initiatives, acquisitions and future investment readiness

• Bring insight, challenge and financial leadership to strategic decision-making

I am particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within technology services, consulting, managed services, recruitment, outsourcing or professional services environments and who understand how to scale service-led businesses successfully.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future direction of a growing organisation, combining strategic influence with hands-on commercial leadership.
