I am currently seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join a well-established Tier 3 contractor in a nationally focused role.
Based in Brisbane, you will play a key role in supporting the company's safety function across multiple projects nationally, with a particular focus on providing additional support to operations in NSW.
The position will involve regular engagement with project teams, site visits and monthly travel to NSW, working closely with operational leaders to maintain strong safety standards and drive a positive safety culture.

About You:
- Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role within commercial construction.
- Experience across a diverse range of projects, including new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments.
- Exposure to multiple sectors, including retail, hospitality, commercial, education, government and industrial.
- Strong understanding of construction HSE requirements and the ability to apply these across varied project environments.
- Confident engaging with site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritising workloads and working autonomously.
- Practical and proactive approach to driving safety standards and fostering a positive safety culture.
- Competitive package of up to $200K, dependent on experience.
- Strong and established national project pipeline.
- Exposure to a diverse range of projects across retail, hospitality, commercial, education, government and industrial sectors.
- Variety of new builds, fit-outs and refurbishment projects.
- Opportunity to work across multiple states, providing national HSE support.
- Monthly travel to NSW to support project teams and site operations.
