Join a mission-driven, award-winning health system as a Critical Care APP, working alongside intensivists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team to provide high-acuity care for critically ill adult patients.
Practice/Organization Details:
• Practice at the region’s only Level I Trauma Center and leading tertiary referral center
• Enjoy a 3-shift workweek with 12-hour nights from 7:00pm – 7:00am
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to deliver evidence-based patient care
• Recognized on the Forbes Best Employers by State list for 6 consecutive years
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive compensation with a clinical base rate up to $73.10/hour plus a productivity incentive of up to 10% of base compensation
• $10,000 sign-on bonus with only a one-year commitment
