About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) focused primarily on operational support for their NetSuite and Coupa environments. This role will be heavily involved in day-to-day support activities, troubleshooting, and managing issues across the Coupa and NetSuite ecosystem, particularly around integrations and transactional workflows.
In addition to operational support, this person will also contribute to system enhancements, workflow optimization, and occasionally participate in larger cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving operational issues, and improving finance/procurement system processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and resolve day-to-day support tickets related to NetSuite and Coupa.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and transactional failures between Coupa and NetSuite.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P), AP, purchasing, invoicing, approval workflows, vendor onboarding, and related finance operations workflows.
- Investigate root causes of system/process issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to support business operations.
- Perform minor system enhancements, configuration changes, workflow updates, and reporting improvements.
- Assist with testing, UAT, documentation, and release support.
- Help identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4–7+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Finance Systems Support role.
- Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite ERP environments.
- Experience supporting Coupa or other procurement/AP platforms (strong preference for Coupa experience).
- Strong troubleshooting skills around integrations, workflows, and transactional issues.
- Experience supporting operational ticket queues and business users in a production environment.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, procurement, and finance operations processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
