This is a true end-to-end development role spanning feasibility, approvals, delivery, and portfolio strategy — across a mix of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality assets in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.

You will work closely with the Head of Development to lead active projects and provide rigorous analysis on new opportunities — while mentoring a small team of ADMs.
  What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from inception to completion — master planning, rezoning, DA submissions, lease negotiations, and delivery — within approved budgets and timelines
  • Conduct highest and best use analysis and build business cases for redevelopment, change of use, divestment, or JV opportunities
  • Negotiate with government bodies and agencies and manage ongoing authority relationships
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers — evaluate proposals and ensure alignment with project brief, programme, and budget
  • Prepare and interpret feasibility models, budgets, cashflows, and monthly reports
  • Drive project briefs, Principal Project Requirements (PPR), master programmes, and cost plans
  • Engage JV partners, legal teams, and service authorities to secure project support
  • Contribute to new business identification, acquisitions, and due diligence
What You'll Bring
  • 5 -7 years' experience in development or project management, with a degree qualified in property, planning, engineering, or a related discipline
  • A proven track record managing end-to-end development processes independently — strong front-end skills including feasibility modelling and highest and best use analysis are essential
  • Solid understanding of the NSW planning framework, government approvals processes, and the Australian commercial property market
  • Knowledge of building systems, construction methodologies, and design principles
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills — self-driven and commercially astute
  • Experience with government agencies, JV partners, or acquisitions due diligence is highly regarded
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred
What's on Offer
  • End-to-end project ownership from day one across a diverse, multi-asset-class portfolio
  • A direct role in shaping the Australian redevelopment and divestment strategy under new executive leadership
  • Genuine Senior DM trajectory as the team and pipeline grow
  • Sydney CBD base with the backing of a well-resourced international organisation
