  • 12+ months of recruitment experience within Technology or Data, ideally contract

  • Someone seeking to run a warm, fast-moving 360 contract desk across Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, BI, ML Ops, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Source mid–senior level contract Data specialists via networking, LinkedIn, targeted outreach, events, and referrals

  • Manage full end-to-end contract recruitment cycles — qualification, interviews, onboarding, extension management, and rate negotiations

  • Drive proactive business development within the Data market through events, market mapping, insights, and long-term relationship building

  • Grow your niche specialism with the backing of a strong global brand and established market presence
