We're working with a leading organisation looking to appoint a Cyber Security GRC / Risk Specialist to join their growing cyber security function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GRC professional to play a key role in strengthening the organisation's cyber security governance, risk and compliance framework.
You'll work closely with technology, risk, compliance and business stakeholders to identify and manage cyber risks, improve security controls and ensure the organisation remains aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Experience across Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance, Information Security or Technology Risk.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight and/or CPS 234.
- Experience conducting cyber security risk assessments, control reviews and risk treatment activities.
- Experience supporting internal/external audits, regulatory requirements and security assurance activities.
- Strong understanding of security policies, standards, controls and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business language.
- Identify, assess and manage cyber security and technology risks across the organisation.
- Conduct security and risk assessments across technology, projects and third parties.
- Support the development and maintenance of cyber security policies, standards and controls.
- Monitor compliance against relevant security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear cyber risk reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Work with technology and security teams to develop and track remediation plans.
- Support audit, assurance and regulatory activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organisation's cyber security governance framework.
