What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Forklift Operations: Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, stage, and load raw materials and finished products.

• General Production Support: Assist with active assembly, material blending, packing, and sorting tasks on the production floor.

• Warehouse Duties: Handle general warehouse tasks including inventory organizing, order pulling, and keeping the facility orderly.

• Safety & Quality Care: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety guidelines, keeping your equipment and workspace clean and hazard-free.

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Equipment Experience: Proven experience safely operating a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse environment.

• Versatility: A great attitude toward splitting your time between forklift operating and physical, hands-on general labor/production duties.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the afternoon shift.

• Punctuality & Reliability: Flawless daily attendance, a strong work ethic, and a positive team-first mindset.

• Safety First: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are required on your very first day of work.
