Job Specification
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Working in a busy banqueting department running functions and weddings
- Potential late finishes
- to delegate jobs to team members thus ensuring a smooth service
- Maintain standards throughout the restaurant
- To understand and support the client's commitment to the customer service within the job role
- To check uniform standards are upheld at all times
- 40 hour week.
Experience/Skills
- A friendly and professional demeanour
- Experience as a Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Ability to carry out a wide range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively
Benefits / Salary:
- £10.50 per hour - negotiable depending on experience.
