Case Stacker (Packaging)- 1st Shift

Job Title: Bi Lingual Case Stacker / Packer Job Location: Elizabethtown, Pa Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay Schedule: 7:00 AM – End of Production Job Description: We are hiring Case Stacker / Case Packers for a busy food production and packaging facility in Elizabethtown, PA. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position working with packaged food products in a colder, temperature-controlled environment. Employees will assist with packing finished products into cases, inspecting products and packaging, and stacking completed cases onto pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable performing repetitive physical work, and able to maintain a consistent pace throughout a 10-hour production shift. Bilingual English/Spanish or Spanish-speaking candidates are required. Responsibilities Pack finished food products into cases according to production standards Inspect products and packaging for quality, damage, or defects Seal, label, and prepare cases for palletizing and shipment Stack finished cases onto pallets using established stacking patterns Build stable, organized pallets for warehouse storage and distribution Repeatedly lift, move, bend, reach, and stack cases throughout the shift Maintain production speed and meet daily production goals Follow all food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety procedures Keep work areas clean and organized Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production or quality issues Perform other production duties as assigned Requirements Must be bilingual English/Spanish or Spanish-speaking Must be available to work Monday through Saturday Must be able to work 10-hour shifts Must be comfortable working in a cold/temperature-controlled environment Must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and stacking Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance Must be able to work at a consistent production pace Previous food production, packaging, warehouse, palletizing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and stack cases throughout a 10-hour shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift repeatedly Ability to work comfortably in a colder production environment Ability to maintain a steady pace while performing repetitive tasks Schedule & Pay Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour Weekly PaySchedule: 7:00 AM – End of Production Employees must be available to work Monday through Saturday and must be able to work 10-hour shifts.
